The Davidson County collaborative Food Safety Meeting
The Davidson County collaborative Food Safety Meeting is scheduled to take place on Thursday, April 24th, at 6:00 p.m. It will be conveniently held at the Davidson County Extension Office, located at 301 E Center St, in Lexington, NC. Several knowledgeable experts will be in attendance, including Sarah Cope from the Produce Safety Program, David Gonzalez representing the Meat and Poultry Inspection Division, and Martha Osbourne, who is also affiliated with the Food Safety Program. Although Erica Calderon from the Marketing Division is unable to attend in person, she is making arrangements to pre-record a presentation specifically for this meeting. Additionally, the team will be providing a helpful resource sheet to share with attendees during the event.
