Join the Carolina Farm Stewardship Association (CFSA) and NC State University Extension for an interactive on-farm workshop at Second Wind Perennial Farm, focused on the food safety and regulatory requirements for growing, processing, and selling herbal products.

Whether you’re making teas, spices, or syrups, this workshop is designed to guide you through the key considerations for safely bringing herbal food products to market. The event will also include a guided tour of the farm’s production and processing spaces.
