Comprehensive Farm Food Safety Part 1

Comprehensive farm food safety training for small and mid-scale diversified produce farms. 

This is a two-day training, participants need to attend both days: Monday, June 30 & Monday, July 7, 9 AM – 3:30 PM each day

Topics that will be covered include employee training, water best practices, cleaning and sanitizing, traceability, good agricultural practices, food safety modernization act produce safety rule, and more.

The training will be in English, and all participants will receive a full, printed course manual, lunch both days, and access to valuable food safety training geared towards small farmers ($100+ value).

There are hands-on activities throughout the training and there is no slide show. Participants who attend both days will receive a certificate of participation that can be used to demonstrate supervisor-level food safety training as part of a GAP audit.
