Davie County Poultry Processing Workshop

Join N.C. Cooperative Extension, Davie County for a hands-on Poultry Processing Workshop on Saturday, June 13, 2026 from 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM at Davie County High School in Mocksville, NC.

Participants will learn poultry processing basics, regulations, and best practices through classroom instruction followed by a live, hands-on processing experience in the afternoon. Lunch and workshop materials are included, and participants will have the opportunity to process one broiler chicken if desired.

Registration is required by June 5, 2026.
Cost: $25 per person
