Creek Week: Rain Garden Workshop

Want to learn how rain gardens can help manage stormwater and protect local waterways? Join N.C. Cooperative Extension, Rowan County for a FREE, hands-on Rain Garden Workshop during Creek Week!

Participants will learn how to properly design, build, plant, and maintain a rain garden, including choosing the right location and vegetation. The workshop will include hands-on installation activities led by experienced NC State University Extension instructors.

This free, non-certification workshop is recommended for homeowners, educators, Master Gardeners, landscapers, property managers, students 18+, and anyone interested in learning more about rain gardens and stormwater management.
