Piedmont Fresh is a program of DCLFN — it's an online farmers market where customers can shop local products and pick them up at community hubs.

🥕 How it Works

  1. Customers shop online from local farms each week

  2. Orders are packed by producers and delivered to hubs

  3. Customers pick up at set locations in Davidson County

🚜 Who’s Involved

  • Local farms and food producers

  • Pickup site partners (e.g., libraries, schools)

  • Shoppers who care about eating local

💚 Why It Matters

  • Supports small farms and sustainable practices

  • Gives families access to fresh, healthy food

  • Keeps dollars in our local economy

How They Work Together

Piedmont Fresh is an initiative of Davidson County Local Food Network. The Davidson County Local Food Network is dedicated to promoting community health and strengthening the community through an equitable and economically viable local food system. We strive to ensure affordable access to local food, encourage sustainable agriculture practices, support farmers, educate the community about local foods, engage with diverse stakeholders, and ultimately improve community health by fostering a thriving local food economy.
