Sustainable Agriculture emphasizes practices that enhance environmental quality, use resources efficiently, support natural cycles, and remain both economically viable and socially responsible. Coursework may include agroecology, crop and soil science, entomology, horticulture, animal science, soil fertility, applied ecology, agricultural economics, and watershed management.
