Roberts Farm is a first-generation cow-calf operation established in 2012, specializing in Angus-based cattle. In 2020, the farm expanded with a retail storefront located at 130 S. Main Street in Denton, where they proudly feature not only their own beef but also a curated selection of locally sourced products through partnerships with nearby farmers and small businesses.

The farm includes 200 acres of pastureland and an additional 112 acres of protected timberland, preserved through a permanent Agricultural Easement in partnership with Three Rivers Land Trust. This agreement safeguards the land from future development while maintaining its natural beauty and providing both tax and income benefits.

Roberts Farm practices rotational grazing, moving cattle every 4–5 days to ensure fresh forage and promote soil health. The cattle are pasture-raised and have daily access to clean water, grass, and supplemental grain. Processing occurs between 16–20 months of age to ensure optimal tenderness and quality. The herd’s health is managed in coordination with a local veterinarian, and bulls are selected based on genetic data to meet Certified Angus Beef standards.

The farm is operated by Lloyd and Tammy Roberts, with recent support from local high school students pursuing careers in agriculture—continuing their commitment to education and community involvement.
